What this site is

This is the marketing site for PixelsByPanitha, a real estate photography business serving Redding and Shasta County, California. It is here to show my work, explain my pricing, and let you start a quote.

Quotes and estimates

The prices shown and any total produced by the "build your quote" tool are estimates, not a final price or a binding offer. Per-photo counts, "from" items, and travel are starting figures, and I confirm the real number with you. A booking is only confirmed once I confirm it with you directly. No payment is processed on this site.

Photography services

The photography work itself, including delivery and the license to use your images, is covered by a separate services and licensing agreement between us, not by these website terms.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the photographs, written copy, and design, belongs to PixelsByPanitha and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without my written permission. Photographs delivered to clients are licensed under our separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site, and do not scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

Links to other sites

The site may link to places like Instagram and LinkedIn. Those are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Shasta County, California.
